NEXT -- IPayX Healthcare Improvement Webinar

The incoming Obama Administration has launched a new grassroots healthcare initiative. As with many groups throughout the country, MBProject member Internet Payment Exchange (IPayX) acted by organizing a Healthcare Improvement Webinar that will be co-hosted by the Medical Banking Project. We will examine new point of service technologies that can facilitate consumer payments. As high deductible health plans increase, the volume of consumer (self-pay) payments is increasing as well. Providers need to augment their tools to incorporate banking products that have long been tested in other market sectors. A report of the proceedings will be furnished to the Obama healthcare team.
