Consumer-driven healthcare is
emerging as a new force in healthcare. Industry pundits, however, have
varying viewpoints regarding how effective this new area can be in our
fight against rising healthcare costs. As Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
emerge, much tighter integration between banking and healthcare systems
is portentous of a basic shift in money and power among healthcare stakeholders.
Well recognized experts will review this dynamic area and discuss the
underlying benefits and risks to our healthcare system.
Learning
Objectives:
- Participants will understand market trends and opportunities associated
with the consumerism movement currently taking place in the healthcare
industry.
- Participants will have gained valuable market insight, having listened
to various stakeholders from insurance, banking, provider and HSA industry
experts.
- Participants will better understand how their company fits into the
HSA market segment of banking and healthcare.
